About Ray:

I  have worked in the fields of psychology, education, and sociology for over 25 years. I've seen a lot in that time - from couples in crisis to veterans struggling with trauma to seniors facing grief, loss, and aging issues. I also have experience assisting youth and families involved with CPS, foster care, and the juvenile justice system.

Couples counseling is my passion. I am co-author of the relationship self-help book, Love Metabolism, which is available on Amazon.com. I have also carved out a niche for myself with military veterans. I'm equally comfortable and effective with individual adults and families.

I'm generally good at reading my clients and getting to the underlying issues quickly. I have a relaxed, directive, and conversational style. I'll listen, of course, but I won't hesitate to share my impressions. Insight and self-awareness are key. So are tangible strategies to help you get your life on track.

About Mark:

Maybe you have an unexplained fear or sadness and you do not know why? Maybe you do know why, but that hasn’t helped you. Maybe you feel stressed and overwhelmed in your relationship(s) (wife, husband, partner, son, daughter, friend, or coworker). Maybe someone you loved has broken it off with you. Maybe someone dear to you has died. Maybe someone has hurt you. I know I have had such experiences. They are part of life. What you, I, or anyone else must do is to be able to live with it in spite of our hardships.

This is where I come in. You do not have to go through hardship alone. We were never meant to.

You might ask, “why talk with a therapist about these things?” Well for some of us we believe we do not want to be a burden to our family or friends. If this or something else is your reason(s), maybe you might start by talking with me, a professional counselor. I am good at listening and offering alternative ways of addressing issues.

I work with people in repairing and improving their Relationships with their Love Ones, Other Family Members, and Coworkers. I hope and believe that our work together will support you to find a more satisfying life than the one you are currently living. I know the work I have done together with others has improved their lives.

 Let us work together.

About Melissa:

If you are struggling in your life, feeling stuck, anxious, depressed, grieved or discouraged, and you've already tried everything you know to make the changes you desire, let me put my 30+ years of experience to work for you. Let's put our heads together to think creatively in terms of your development and life progress. I would love the opportunity to hear and understand your story and work with you to unlock areas of your life that are impeding your progress and growth. Contact me for a free video consultation to get an idea of how I would work with you. We can see if we're a good fit and if I am the right therapist for you.

I offer a personalized blend of psychotherapy, counseling, and life coaching techniques that meets my clients where they are at today. I specialize in working with anxiety, ADHD, coping skills during stressful times (Hello, Covid-19), relationship problems, life transitions such as divorce or loss, and improving interpersonal boundaries.

Have you already tried everything you know to change in the ways you want to change? Are you looking for a therapist who does more than say, 'How does that make you feel...'? Contact me and let's set up a time to talk about whether we are a good fit to work together. That first contact is the hardest part. And that's when the changes begin.

About Stephanie:

Traumatic experiences and difficulties with life changes can manifest in unexpected ways, causing stress in your life. Together we will explore the symptoms you are experiencing and what is causing them. We will discuss and explore ways to cope with stress and find what works best for you. I believe that each person is the expert in their own life. My job will be to offer insight based on my observations and information about how the mind works to help you heal and grow.

I am successful working with people who struggle with complex trauma from difficult childhoods or traumatic past relationships. I am also effective working with people who are experiencing anxiety about life changes, and adolescents/young adults who want some help figuring out a path forward after high school or college.

My goal is to help you to find balance and contentment in your life. Everyone is unique, and what feels right for one client will be different for another. I strive to support you as you discover what feels right for yourself.

I am a marriage and family therapist with ten years of experience, and while I take a systems approach, I am also fully trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and EMDR. I love to work with families, couples, and individuals. For individual therapy, my preferred age range in 12 and up, for younger children I prefer to work with the family unit.

About Jessalyn:

I have a special interest in helping you discover what is truly possible for yourself and your life. Maybe you've found yourself in a cycle that you can't seem to get out of, missing out on what makes your life truly vital. I work closely with individuals who are struggling with life transitions, work-related stress, relationship issues, depression and anxiety. My goal is to walk alongside you as you reflect and make connections that propel your life forward in the direction that you want while gaining the tools to sustain it.

An underpinning to my therapeutic approach is a fusion of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, however, I do utilize other modalities based on the client's needs. I have seen firsthand how getting to the core of what makes life truly meaningful to you can change your perspective and allow you more freedom to be who you are.

I understand how difficult it can be to get started with therapy and to find a good fit. I'm with you! And here and support you on that journey in any way that we can. Visit my website or give me a call and we'd be happy to answer any of your questions and/or schedule your first session. I look forward to hearing from you!

About Jeanette:

As a therapist, I believe that to have a successful counseling experience, it is critical that you feel fully listened to and understood. I use careful listening and reflecting to join with you to address what is most important to you. I have a compassionate, empathetic style, which I believe is essential for us to move forward as we discuss what is troubling you. I have helped many clients deal with a variety of difficult relationship issues, anxiety and depression, work / life stress, divorces, trauma and abuse. I ensure that you are fully understood and attain the support that you need to deal with life’s difficulties.

As an individual with both diabetes and a disability, I have become extremely familiar with the grief, anger, and depression that often accompany a life altering medical condition. Together we address these issues and learn how you can best develop an engaged, more fulfilling life.

When you begin therapy with me, we work through the feelings associated with the hardship and learn realistic coping strategies. My goal is for you to learn how to best deal with the troubles you are experiencing and to develop better coping methods. This in turn, can lead to greater life satisfaction and a more insightful understanding of yourself.

About Lorraine:

Liminal is the Latin word for "threshold". A time where we are no longer where we were, but do not yet see where we will be. It is the in between time. Most of us experience times like this in our lives; at the end of a relationship, between jobs, certain developmental stages like mid life -elder, empty nest, any time our roles or sense of identity are changing. We may experience uncertainty, unease or even fear. We may simply not have a clear vision for where we want to be. It is a time we often reach out for help in sorting through what was, is, and may yet be.

My name is Lorraine Brilliant. I have worked in the mental health field for more than 28 years. I have extensive experience working with people experiencing normal distresses of life to acute mental illness. My focus now is on women. I believe we most need to feel heard for who we are, to make sense of our life journey and how to make the very best of it.

I believe women benefit from the support, encouragement, and guidance from another who is able to genuinely hear her for who she is, able to lend their life experience, psychologically, emotionally, and spiritually to best benefit the insight, healing and direction of the client. I have a special interest in supporting moms of estranged adult children.
